Nadmotławie Estate 124 is a unique studio. The main asset of the apartment is modern furniture, as well as subtle, warm LED lighting that illuminates the interior. This place perfectly combines glamour style with comfort, providing an ideal space for a romantic stay or exceptional moments of relaxation.
The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed with a high, upholstered headboard, above which there is a mirrored ceiling that enhances the sense of spaciousness and luxury. Mood lighting, including designer lamps, creates an intimate atmosphere, perfect for romantic evenings.
A unique feature of the apartment is a freestanding bathtub located behind a glass wall in the bathroom area. Transparent elements give the interior a sense of lightness while introducing a touch of luxury. This space features marble finishes and gold details that harmonize with the rest of the décor.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and practical, offering an induction stove and microwave, allowing for uncompromised meal preparation. The finishes in glossy white and gold accents highlight the modern character of the interior.
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and service establishments.
On the premises, there is a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally paid sauna.
