Grano Residence 1 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. The above-average space of 43 square meters is a guarantee of a successful stay for two and up to four people. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, work space and a spacious wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a fold-out sofa, TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there was a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a terrace.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym and massage area. Using it is subject to an additional fee and is subject to availability.
The building is located on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are in the immediate vicinity of the building.
