Nadmotławie Estate 306 is perfect for a family stay or a trip with friends. It is designed for a maximum of 6 adult guests. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated, with attention to detail and comfort. Bright walls, modern furniture, and stylish accessories give it a unique character, creating the perfect place to relax after an intense day.
The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for guests or a relaxation area. Large windows allow for a significant amount of natural light, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen accessories, making meal preparation easy. Guests have access to three separate bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are decorated in a modern style with comfortable double beds, ensuring a peaceful sleep after a day full of experiences. The third bedroom offers guests the option of a sofa bed, which can serve as both an additional sleeping place and a relaxation area. Two bathrooms — one of them is equipped with a bathtub maintained in a modern design, providing guests with relaxing moments during baths. The other bathroom has a shower.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Shipyard. Panoramas of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located nearby, on the island of Ołowianka. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property has created a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and an additionally paid sauna.
