Downtown Apartments Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests will also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 119 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family of 2+2. Despite its small size, with an area of 30m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two single beds), next to it is a TV with SMART function and a pull-out sofa opposite. This well-planned space features a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during morning breakfasts and any other meals. Preparing meals is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay. An additional space is provided by a large balkon, which overlooks the famous cranes of the Gdańsk Shipyard and the Motława River.
The apartment Nadmotławie 119 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building that was commissioned in December 2020. It is located right by the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just starting its revitalization period, the view of the river, the marina, and the tenements of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with an LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5zl/hour, 40zl/day.
