SPA 25B is an incredibly comfortable apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. Its distinguishing feature is a functional and fully accessible SPA zone consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town.
The apartment is intended for a maximum of two people. However, the swimming pool, underground parking and amazing location are not all positives. Another great value is the several dozen-meter-long terrace on the roof, from which there is an amazing view of the Old Town and its surroundings. This place is also an ideal sunbathing area. The height of the building means that we are much closer to the sun.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, a length of 5 meters and a height of 1.75 m.
