Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also greeted with a welcome set including a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie C10 is the ideal place for a family trip or a getaway with your partner. The apartment surprises with its extraordinary style, and its proximity to the center of Gdańsk makes it even more attractive. The living room with a large fold-out sofa is perfect for an evening movie screening, while afternoons can be enjoyed with coffee on the garden. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is room to have breakfast at a four-person table. The elegant marble bathroom features a bathtub and a washing machine. The cozy bedroom has a large double bed.
Apartament Nadmotławie C10 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. The use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with a LPG system. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
