Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, conditioner, and body lotion is provided. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set consisting of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie C42 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two, a family with a child, and a maximum of four people. Despite its small size of 38m2, the apartment meets the requirements of even the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a SMART TV, and a comfortable sofa with an Italian frame provide comfort during sleep. This small space includes a table with four chairs, which will comfortably accommodate breakfast and any other meal. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation, with everything needed for a multi-day stay.

Apartament Nadmotławie C42 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just starting its revitalization, the view of the river, the marina, and the tenements of the Old Town will accompany us along the way to the Old Town. An enormous advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
