Grano Residence 103 is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment. It guarantees a comfortable stay for four people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment.
The spacious living room has a fold-out sofa with a large TV, and a properly equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare a meal. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a work space. Of course, there is a stylish bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine.
Additional space is provided by a cozy balcony - a place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.
The building is located on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Located right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of ul. Chmielna and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the "food hall", where there are restaurants with viewing terraces and the "E. "Wedel". Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym and massage area. Using it is subject to an additional fee and is subject to availability.
