Downtown Apartments is an ideal combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also treated to a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 30 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family 2+1 or a couple. The apartment, despite its small size, which is 27m2, comfortably accommodates even 3 people. The layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable bed with a width of 160 cm, right next to a television, and in front of it, a small sofa with a sleeping function. In this small space, there is room for a bar, which easily ensures comfort during breakfast. A fully equipped kitchenette enables meal preparation, with everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is provided by a balcony.
The apartment Nadmotławie 30 is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will continuously accompany us on the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage hall, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of places in the garage hall is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a place in the hall is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
