It is fully equipped so that it is possible to comfortably prepare any meal. The terrace is an additional space.

The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of ​​the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of ​​the building - consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
