Downtown Apartments is an ideal combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

The centerpiece of the apartment is a comfortable double bed, ensuring excellent rest after a day full of experiences. On the other side, there is a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals. The bathroom is maintained in a modern style, featuring a luxurious bathtub, soft towels, and essential toiletries.
The Deo Plaza 103 apartment is located on the historic Island of Spichrzów. The building has been renovated, and resembles the old granaries. Located right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. Here, there are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where restaurants with viewing terraces or the cafe “E.Wedel” are located.
Guests can enjoy the pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, as well as jacuzzi for a fee of 90 PLN/1.5h. Prior reservation is required, which, along with payment, must be made at the Radisson hotel reception.
