Rest will be provided by a large, comfortable double bed, with a large television opposite. In this area, you can also find a spacious wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchenette provides everything needed to prepare any meal.

Relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening drink is ensured by a private balcony.

Apartament Nadmotławie 85 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The surrounding area is just beginning its revitalization process, yet throughout the walk to the Old Town, we will continuously be greeted by the sight of the river, the yacht marina, and the townhouses of the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
