The apartment with an area of 52 m2 will meet the requirements of the most demanding people. It is stylish, comfortably furnished, air-conditioned, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Two bedrooms with double beds, a very pleasant living room with a sofa with sleeping function, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry to cars equipped with an LPG installation.
The Nadmotławie A39 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the zone is included in the apartment price.
