Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, good-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body balm. Our guests' stay will also be made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.
Nadmotławie C1 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a group of up to 4 people. The apartment has 37 m2. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. There was, of course, a bathroom with a shower.
The Nadmotławie C1 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its period of revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym and sauna. Use of the zone is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry to cars equipped with an LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the hall is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
