Expansion of Operations to Warsaw - First Steps on the New Market
2024 also marks a step into new markets. We are delighted to announce that we have started operations in Warsaw - a rapidly growing market, full of new challenges but also huge opportunities. We are always striving to bring our services to destinations with the greatest tourism and investment potential. In the second quarter of this year, we are already collecting more apartments in Warsaw - this time in the Towarowa Towers investment, located in the new business center of the capital.

We are proud to say that we achieved record financial results by exceeding PLN 40.000 mln in transfers to our Investors! While the highest transfer for a single apartment was as much as PLN 240,000 per year.
