The office address is Toruńska 15, office U13, 80-747 Gdańsk.
We remind you that the telephone customer service office and the Downtown Apartments office are open daily from 9.00-17.00.
Outside office hours, please send an e-mail or message via the booking portal. Check-in outside office hours is contactless.
On the day of check-in, we will send you instructions on how to collect the keys. We will leave the keys in the code box next to our office.
