The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, and an additional sleeping place is a sofa. The bedroom has a large double bed. There was, of course, a nice bathroom with a toilet, a comfortable bathtub and a washing machine.

About 1.4 km from the apartment building there is a charming, natural Ferber Park.
