The apartment, despite its small size, is 30 m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. The living room is equipped with a comfortable, unfolding sofa, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom area with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment also has space for a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard.
The Nadmotłwie B1 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is located next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk away from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town, we will still be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym and a sauna. The use of the zone is included in the price of the apartment.
